DED HEALTH DAY 2 Hydrate! Drinking enough quantity of water supports digestion, helps maintain energy levels, and keeps the skin healthy. Aim for about 8 cups (2 liters) a day, more if you’re active or in a hot climate. Because the rate of dehydration increases and you will need more to sustain. Don’t stay thirsty/Dehydrated, stay DEDly! @dialethia.eth
