End of my Eth staking validator .

I just exited from eth staking after validating from genesis. Though most time I just keep my node active and no need for any housekeeping , the problem arises when the clients corrupt or shut down abruptly. This means resync the clients etc and wait for hours to make it active again.

So finally gave up ...sad day for me.. 😔

I have changed clients to see what is best but all r same.I have to spend lot of my time on this.I got 1Tb of my disk full after these many years and I now need to dig around what I need to make them transfer to new disk and spend lot time setting up again.

Sorry to read this. I understand you may not have much motivation left, but if you change your mind, you could start from scratch with a 2 TB SSD (or ideally 4 TB), and use an auto-pruning client (such as Besu) with a checkpoint sync that will get you back to the chain head in just a few hours.
