re: burnouts ambitious people are drawn to momentum. i’ve rarely ever seen real ones get burnt out while working too many hours when they have insane ‘momentum’ absence of progress. lack of actions. that’s what triggers burnouts founders are like wild dogs. we always need that damn ball to chase
