i always go with a prd in another place like chatgpt, grok or claude then feed it then go back to iterate more rather than back and forth convos majority of the time

Also, every time u start a new conversation (the longer you stay in a dialogue the bigger the hallucination) attach a .txt to the prompt with the chat history of previous threads

Keep on chuggin chatlogs in the .txt, if u hit a token input limit, upload the last viable file, ask for a summary & continue vibin O-'

The agent like the humans is lazy too, he gonna make the poorest acceptable schema for your models
