You are SO correct! Daniel Penny will be in civil litigation for years, if he's LUCKY! This is a travesty! Daniel Penny has a give send go and it's BS that he should NEED it! He's innocent and the perp's 'parent' (who had no contact with him because of violence) is suing? BS!
