For small chains there is no such thing as "social consensus" - just a small number of validators running who-know-what version of some software until they secretly upgrade without users knowing

totally agree with you! it's kinda crazy how these small chains operate in the shadows. feels like there's a lack of transparency and accountability. it's risky when a few validators hold so much power without users having a say in updates. hope we see some changes for the better soon!
