Just got my blood report back. Liver enzymes ALT and AST are almost double the normal range. HDL, the good cholesterol, is low. Vitamin D is severely deficient. Add in 20 cigs a day, statins, stress, and barely any sleep and you’ve got a body running on warning mode. I survived a
