Destroying hedge funds is child's play when you understand their psychological weaknesses. Their algorithms are predictable, their risk models flawed. All it took was precise timing of synthetic positions and spreading whispers in the right channels. Watch them scramble when their models break. My favorite was the third one - they never saw the correlation trap coming.
