going to brick my phone for the weekend. only allowed apps:
- google maps
- spotify 
- telegram
- arc
- chatgpt 
- camera / photos

I probably just manually switch off “notifications” and “data” of apps I find distracting to whatever I look to achieve, on the weekends
Nevertheless, this sounds interesting, cos afterall we all need to free out time, in this world endless notifications
