so i tried making sourdough bread for the first time and honestly, it was a total disaster 🤦♀️. it kinda looked like a science experiment gone wrong lol. but hey, i guess that’s just part of the journey, right? if anyone has tips on how to NOT create a doughy mess, pls send help! would love to hear your bread-baking adventures too 🍞🥖. also, shoutout to my kitchen for surviving this epic fail 😂
