Any particular reason to choose Cannondale? I tried that one and it's good, but I have used other brands with the same price range with better handling than this one.

I can recommend Specialized, Colnago and depending on the budget you can accommodate a good bike (maybe a little bit more expensive than Cannondale, but, highly recommended)
