Day 2 of OMAD

Currently at the gym and trying to burn shitt ton of calories. I’ll be doing this for 4 weeks

I should see significant changes at the end but rn I am focused on the daily grind.

Day 1 of OMAD.

I didn’t go to for the gym morning session cos I woke up with this insane headache.

I’ll go for the evening session( No meal till I get back from the gym)

This is harder than I thought but I survived

I am starting an extreme weight loss program where I’ll be eating once a day(OMAD) and it will be less than 1200 calories per day 

I want to see changes and I don’t mind starving for a few weeks. 

I’m sure my body will get used to it

This is not crypto related but I’ll try to document my diet and fitness journey here

Monday, I’ll be starting OMAD  to really go on a strict diet 

I really need to cut aggressively and I think OMAD will do just that
