But just wanted to share what I had for dinner tonight mehehe

Yes, I cook it. My favorite mole is with pork, but today was just the chocolate mole covering the quesadillas.

It's easy to Cook if You bought the concentrated pasta, just add water and boil for like 15 minutes.

If You want to do it with meat, You can Cook the meat in water first. Then add the meat to the mole and Cook for 30 minutes or more, the longer, better taste.
