I am using piped.video really great , sometimes a lot of loading. I am totally de-googled in the last 10 months. Using Duckduckgo everywhere, using offline Apple maps (yes its a new feature) and more.

Been using DDG for search for most of a decade. Rarely feel like I’m missing anything. I use Apple Maps as default but I use Google maps to find businesses. Hoping Apple gets better with having up to date biz info (phone, hours, etc). For transit schedules there’s an app called Transit that’s better than the rest
