As staunch believers in blockchain being the expression of perfection in data accuracy, it's vexing to be unable to get perfect data. Solana was no exception, where we often arrived at a point that people said it was "close enough". But close enough is a million miles from perfect. 1/3

In working to arrive at a 100% reconcilable account history, you'd end up with a situation where there was a billion tokens transferred, but the balances were off by 0.000001. No, that is not good enough. The data is perfect when it is created; the numbers have to tie out. 2/3
