Haha he’s being bombarded with comments everytime he casts, probably other people asking him to follow them too
That can be very overwhelming. 

I suggest that you don’t worry about the follows or numbers. You do you, people will notice eventually, but keep interacting 
Don’t hold it against anyone if they don’t follow you back, conversation is more important, be you hehe
