A few years ago, when I felt down, I would post on Facebook, Whether anyone understood or not, Expressing myself was enough to find relief. But now, I don’t share anything anymore, Silence has become my companion instead of expression. Even when sadness lingers, It no longer floats as a status on someone’s newsfeed.
