Vintage Vehicles Everywhere

Spotted this 1957 Plymouth Fury in Kansas today. I thought I was seeing the owner walk out to it, so I shouted, "Nice Plymouth!"

"Huh?" he said. 
"Is that your car?" I asked.
"No. But I remember when these were new. They looked a lot better then."

And then he got in a mass market drab grey midsize SUV and drove off. 
Apparently not the owner and not a patina guy, either, lol.
