Maybe not appreciate. But at least not depreciate.

What would you buy?

A couple ideas I had:
Old classic car.
Small airplane.
Some valuable art.

Only get a car, boat, or airplane if you want to spend your time using it and maintaining it. And even *if* you keep them well maintained, there's no guarantee they will hold value. Fickle markets.
