Hi frens, Harmattan season is upon us and it brings unique health challenges. 

I will be highlighting them on a daily while you take notes and "no" lose guard. Still your fave fren on @phaverapp looking out for you. 

First, we take a look at the lungs. Harmattan's dry air and cold temperatures can exacerbate respiratory issues. I will be digging into the following health conditions in respect to the above:

-Bronchitis: Inflammation of the bronchial tubes
-Asthma Attacks: Triggered by cold air and dust
-Pneumonia: A potentially life-threatening infection
-Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD): Progressive lung damage
-Respiratory Tract Infections: Coughs, colds, and flu
