4h candle must be closed higher than 0,039$ (red line) to flip current trend to the upside.

Despite the fact that degen price is in a downtrend on 4h time frame, it is clear that the price is in a range now. It made deviation from above, from below, and more likely the price will make one more deviation from above. 
In the best case scenario it could be a reversal of the downtrend to the uptrend, target - ATH
