From Isabel to Nouns 🍁 🧵 1/3 Writing a musical takes time, years. I know some of you hoped for updates sooner, and I understand that past experiences may have shaken your trust. But what we’re building here isn’t like most projects. It’s a delicate, ambitious creative work that evolves until the very last second it takes the stage — and hopefully, for years after that. It demands patience, care, and a steady commitment to doing it right This is one of the more nuanced projects @nounsdao has approved, where the progress is not always linear. And while it’s natural to carry lessons from the past, letting old frustrations shape how we respond to new creative works, risks undermining the very progress we want to see.

2/3 Nouns is a rare breath of fresh air in a space often clouded by noise and nonsense, but with that, comes the challenge of placing trust in the wrong hands. We’re putting 8+ hours a day to transform a bold, strange, and beautiful NFT universe into a stage production with real staying power. We hold ourselves to a high standard and we’re not here to deliver mediocrity. We took on this ambitious project because we believe Nouns deserves something that can truly put it on the map. For us, that challenge is exciting—it’s a chance to bring our passion for this space into something meaningful and lasting.

3/3 We’ve always been open to conversation and transparency. That hasn’t changed. But good governance means trust runs both ways. Even if the creative process is unfamiliar or hard to measure, we’re simply asking for what any artist needs to succeed: a little space, and a little belief. If you plant something new and constantly dig it up to check if it’s growing, you’re stopping it before it even has a chance. Sometimes, trust means letting things take root. Let’s tear down old walls and lead with the spirit Nouns was built on. Invest in the future. Thank you again for your trust 🖤✨.
