yes, definitely learning all the new cast action things but usually I also want the person to know because I'm usually doing it as a thank you

TIL Warpcast doesn't appear to notify on casts that simply contain the tip, but it does when there's text around it (?).

So, paperboy casts may be delayed, and they also might not notify the recipient.

Maybe the tipper wants the recipient to know they tipped; I certainly do when I tip!
