I came here to deposit base eth into this wallet thing and have gotten totally sidetracked by a flurry of seussian terms - what the fuck is going on here?

Is the wallet a warplet? Whats wurplet? Woss a warple in fokens? Issa farcasting purplet?

Warplet is a meme name for the embedded warpcast wallet and the Warpcast team hated it so much that the community piled on.

yup exactly—the community ran with it — and the more the FC team said “no don’t call it warplet” we warpleted harder and then they realized they couldn’t fight it so now if you have the updated app (hit restart if you see it) and you click on the word Wallet in your Warpcast Wallet it will change to warplet.
