I am likely to vote against. I'm not comfortable with the 7ETH outlay w/o a more specific cost breakdown, the referral piece going to the proposing team, and no mention of defining success (as previously requested). We've not discussed how/when the DAO will achieve ROI and this may have ongoing cost for the DAO.
