I actually did this just as the image & put the full text in the NFT description but a pdf on Zora would work as well. This was short enough so I kept it simple.

What format did you use for the text file, and did everything go smoothly? 

I haven't decided what to do for my Zora Mint. I'll experiment on testnet, but it's helpful to compare notes too. Most of the guidance I've found focuses on images/audio/video, and not text.
