Duna 🇺🇸 vs Swiss Non-profit 🇨🇭which is the entity structure both the Ethereum Foundation & the Solana Foundation choose to utilize. Pros & cons of each…. I’ll be doing a deep dive into this 👩🏼💻 But considering we have an ETH ETF & discussion of a Solana ETF, it appears these Foundations are doing just fine interacting with the US regulations from a distance, we could do the same.

Would be interesting to ask Vitalik if he would ever consider changing structures & would also be great to hear if there were any challenges/ obstacles they had to overcome doing business in Switzerland 🇨🇭 ….. Maybe you or Toady can ask, you guys have more FC social credit than me, or even @ccarella.eth could maybe get a reply 👩🏼💻
