Creating the migration proposal takes a snapshot of all DAO members. Any tokens held in smart contract wallets (eg Safe) will be sent to the aliased address on L2 and can be moved using the Optimism messaging system. Please move to EOA now if you want a simple airdrop to an L2 wallet.
