https://vscode.blockscan.com/ethereum/0xca21d4228cdcc68d4e23807e5e370c07577dd152 the ColorLib.gradientForAddress function shows that it generates the four colors by parsing the address, converting chunks of it into uint256 values, and generating values for hue, start and end saturation & lightness from those values
