@jx and I had the idea for nouns records, a music focused nouns project. 

2 years ago we put a few things in motion, but I think the appetite for another nouns fork perhaps waned, and the market cooled in general. we also got busy with @osc 

the original idea:

- events company

free the music data, imagine new ideas.

wait i think this was totally lost bc warpcast has this crude filtering mechanism right now where they only surface casts in the channel from users with active badges (> 400 followers)

could totally be interesting. could be a bit like nouns esports? the issue tho i feel is that it still needs strong leadership

if we can start testing it out with a modest budget (< $250k) and a strong group of ppl are willing to take on the project then i'm supportive! if it has to start out the gate with a bigger commitment (>$500k) then it would give me some pause

Nouns has be tough to get music projects going but I think the current group has the appetite. If you agree and we can get others on board I think we can make this happen for sure!

I'm holding off about posting about a prop because of this very reason
