@notsofast69 Oatmeal with fruits and nuts. Ingredients: 1 cup of rolled oats 2 cups of milk or water 1 banana (or any other fruit) A handful of nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc.) Honey or maple syrup to taste A pinch of salt Cinnamon (optional) Instructions: In a pot, bring the milk or water to a boil. Add the rolled oats and a pinch of salt. Reduce the heat and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly until the oats are soft. Meanwhile, slice the banana and chop the nuts. Once the oats are done, remove them from the heat and add honey or maple syrup and cinnamon to taste. Serve the oats in bowls, topped with sliced fruits and nuts. Serving: Serve hot, and you can garnish with fresh herbs or berries. Enjoy your meal!
