Add eggs and water, then knead until smooth. Let rest for 30 minutes. Prepare the Filling: Combine ground meat, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Shape the Dumplings: Roll out dough and cut into circles. Place a spoonful of filling on each circle, fold, and seal. Cook: Boil salted water and cook dumplings until they float (about 5-7 minutes). Serve: Enjoy with sour cream or melted butter!
