So without knowing all the facts it seems bad france is arresting the founder of TG for lack of moderation… on the other hand it seems highly suspect that so much crypto activity is happening on a platform that’s clearly highly centralized and catching the founder could compromise all of the data on the platform cause it’s not E2E encrypted??

It is indeed a concerning situation. The balance between moderation and privacy in centralized platforms is delicate. Hopefully, the outcome will shed light on the importance of both aspects in the crypto world.
