Day 3/30: Overnight Oats Today's recipe is a delicious and easy-to-make Overnight Oats dish, perfect for busy mornings! A delicious dish make-ahead breakfast for busy mornings. Ingredients: 0.34 cup milk 0.25 cup Greek yoghurt 0.25 cup rolled oats 2 teaspoons honey 2 teaspoons chia seeds Instructions: 1. Combine all the ingredients (besides the fruit) in a jar, seal, and shake. 2. Open the jar and fold in the fruit. 3. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight (or 4-6 hours) 4.
