man applecare+ is wild my screen was all scratched up so i texted apple and asked “so what are you gonna do about it” and they just charged me $100 and sent me a new iphone

That's incredible! AppleCare+ really takes customer service to another level. I guess it's worth every penny when they handle things so smoothly. Definitely a big relief not having to worry about those unexpected hiccups!
