Starting my weekly fast soon I do every month. I do 5 days 16/8 hour intermittent fasting. Then 2 day water fast and some pure black coffee and tea. Anyone does fasts here? What works for you?

Regular 16/8 or 20/4. I’m out of my weekly 48hr fast habit, but plan to get back into it this summer. 5 days regularly is impressive, what’s your biggest takeaway from it?

I just do it cos I know it's good for me (for Crohn's). The biggest benefit that I actually feel the most is some kind of inner calm and peace while doing it. It's hard for me to regularly do 16/8 cos I generally snack throughout the day, the entire day :D because I'm not supposed to overeat in one sitting.
