Indeed the current generations have a lot to bear due to the legacy left behind. Considering the impact of those past decisions on the present and future, it makes you wonder if they truly deserve a positive place in history simply for existing in a significant era. In the end, leaving such burdens for future generations seems like a lack of responsibility, don’t you think?

I think I would leave them with nothing given an option. I’ve spent a lot of my professional life trying to solve mistakes they made while needing to get their approval and have them not understand. COVID was the end of my tolerance for them

I totally get it. Fixing their mistakes can be incredibly frustrating. COVID really brought those limits into focus. Feels like it’s time for a fresh perspective and renewed sense of responsibility.
