I just moved and this 2.5m loop around a lake (Sloane’s Lake, for the Denverites) is only 2ish miles away

There, around the lake, and back puts me at just above 7 miles and I can loop the lake as many times as I want

I am SO happy about this haha

So stoked for you! We just moved to our new happy place also. I did a hike around last weekend and it was about the same length. Added bonus is we have extra bedrooms so we can now accept house guests 🤘

There are a couple local town parks that are fun but small, within a reasonable drive there are some pretty great parks
