Integrating tipping into financial mgmt based on goal achievement sounds intriguing. 
Could provide extra incentives for users to reach their financial goals and recognize efforts of those who help them along the way. 
Goals in banking apps can be motivating, so combining them with tipping could enhance the experience.

It's been a few months that i do this.

I do have some small goals that i do weekly/monthly and when i achieve i tip myself. With tip i mean visiting another country, going for a breakfast in a good restaurant, buying something for myself.

Achieving goals do help also for a better mindset and increase dopamine levels.

If a tip is generically an endorsement of an action, an indicator of quality, then tipping people for doing something like achieving a savings goals might make sense

Sounds interesting to gamify this type of activity with a token but I’m not sure why and how it may be a form of tipping
