My biggest gripe as a first-time web3 founder: 

Getting clarity on your target user persona is tough. Anons want to stay anon, which makes user interviews tough to do. Bucketing users under trader / airdrop hunter / crypto-native / etc. is vague and doesn't help.

What am I doing wrong? How have you guys cracked this?

It’s the only way 💪🏼! People today try and be helpful by imagining the other customers instead of just speaking for themselves. “Oh it makes sense to me, I’m just not sure everyone else will get it..”
