4 weeks out on my sprained wrist and I can almost do a push up without pain. A simple fractured wrist would have felt fine at least a week ago tendons are slow, bones are faster

Do you rest properly yet 😬 - you always restarted to soon and aggravated injuries historically

Rest is not how you heal, rest is how you guarantee difficult scar tissue and unaligned fibers. The best healing come when you get immediately back into it and drive blood flow.

You’re better off aggravating tissue during repair than you are letting the tissue rest
