Just for fun, did another set of zurchers with a 35lb kb on the left side and a 53lb on the right side (because I’m short on plates) this is 273lbs Why? Because you need to be strong in any position your body can get into, not just the perfect positions

It’s pretty full body, a lot of fiber recruitment that you get from deads but also all different. A lot of core, much more core than a normal deadlift or squat, and then obviously the back is in a very different position than squats or deads
