Just for fun, did another set of zurchers with a 35lb kb on the left side and a 53lb on the right side (because I’m short on plates) this is 273lbs Why? Because you need to be strong in any position your body can get into, not just the perfect positions

Won’t this imbalance be dangerous ?? You don’t want one bicep growing bigger than the other ?😅

I have to find a balance point so technically the weight feels the same on either side if I balance it right, but there’s not a lot of bicep going into this lift other than to just not let it drop and with your elbow former an angle more acute than 90 it’s pretty easy

Oh yeah that’s true It’s about the balance, even equal weighed plates could feel unbalanced if not well lifted How many more sets would you be doing

I’m done for the day, not trying to burn out these muscles, when they get spent all that’s left is spine and disc to stabilize and that’s not good to play with no matter who you are. The idea is more about building an insane amount of protection around the spine

Oh so it’s a more long term approach, More like a gradual process of building up these muscles
