Hope you have the blue light  filter turned on with  how long you spend  on the screen.

You should get the anti blue glasses then. I’ve been using them for a year now and I’ve got no regrets.

Yeah, take the days in a week and multiply them by the hours standing here:

It’s easily the least healthy thing I do. I have to get great sleep, exercise, hydrate, and eat well. If I don’t, it’s the same as anyone else, depression. It’s not even a mental issue, physically I don’t think the body can do this without suffering biologically from a system wide depressive force. We’re meant to be outside doing things actively. I love building things but this form factor is not my favorite
