No moose yesterday more for my sake. I don’t want to worry about him and he’d try too hard to keep up without minding his own safety. Endurance wise though he would have been fine

No, not the highest, not really that close. Utah has a lot of harder hikes, this one is particularly hard because it’s so damn vertical

3 hours ? Devin you’re built different 😂😂😂 That requires serious endurance tbh, how often do you hike ? Is it like an everyday thing ?

My fitness game is all out of whack right now due to opportunities I dare not miss, but normally I would train CrossFit or similar 2-3 days a week, strength training 1-2 days, and hike 1-2 days. That’s not my current schedule, currently a couple tiny 1000’ vertical hikes and perhaps a collective 30 minutes of weights across the week

I need to up my game tbh, I’ve hardly had time recently to even focus on my fitness like I used to cause of work Work genuinely take all my time, but I’ve been trying to change that lately and properly work on my diet plan (this has been the hardest for me) Do you have a diet plan you follow regularly ?
