I never realized how default shitty people in the UK are until I started watching the Beckhams docuseries on Netflix. Nothing like dropping nuclear shit on your star player and wondering why his game fell off during that time Simultaneously developed a new level of admiration for Beckham and his mental strength to endure that and a loss of respect for Brits

encountering americans, i'm always amazed how enthusiastic you lot are. it's almost toxic, like the farcaster feed sometimes, just full of joy.

😂 I think about it this way, we all have the option of experiencing life anyway we want, but only one way at a time. There’s a limited amount of time. Why would I choose to be in any mood other than an enjoyable one unless it’s functionally necessary and advantageous to take on that mood?
