I started at 35. The dude who mentored me was hilariously also afraid of heights

He’s said the tiny fabric chair we hang from feels safe to him hahahah I dunno, but I’ve seen him get scared standing on high things so he has some sort of issue

How does that work ??? How does someone who mentors others afraid of heights ??? I’m confusion
