No, I’m definitely a pussy sometimes  😂

1-2 days a week I’ll have caffeine, but never again shall I be in a place where caffeine or the lack thereof can affect my day. Detoxed from its grips a few years ago

i recently just cut it off
there are days were i relapse😂
but i figured out eventually that there’s nothing wrong with taking coffee sometimes
as far as it doesn’t change who
you are as a person

Habit breaking always has this problem. You make a change, then adherence to the change becomes its own tyranny. Don’t fall victim to the tyranny by simply keeping your identity out of it and realizing there are perfectly acceptable “middle grounds”  

It’s like when someone says they’re Vegan, now they’ve made it very difficult to change without needing to swing to an inverse extreme but an extreme nonetheless
