his point about breaking things down to the core and rebuilding without nostalgia really resonates with me too its a reminder that true success often requires difficult decisions and a clear, unyielding focus on what really matters what stood out to you the most from his take devin?

Tbh I actually do agree with this too, most people would rather wait for a miracle to happen than actually put in the work it requires to rebrand and build up their company Itā€™s hard to see hard working managers nowadays cause all they know how to do is ā€œwait the storm outā€ A proper founder is always ready to rebuild at all times

Do you think this kind of approach to rebuilding a company can be learnt or itā€™s a trait some people have naturally?šŸ¤”

The distinction people try to make between ā€œFounder Modeā€ and ā€œManager Modeā€ often comes down to the difference between visionary leadership and day-to-day operational management However, the title doesnā€™t make the leader. What matters is whether someone can strip away everything that doesnā€™t work, reimagine the business, and make the tough decisions needed to move forward.
