Because it’s years of proceeding down the dumbest path possible and I don’t see the value in pretending to be supportive of stupid directions. The stupid affects people, my business was affected because a bunch of wannabes can only figure out how to grift each other. Meme coins are blatant theft from peers, they have no utility, nobody is trying to find utility and on top of that nobody outside of these tiny ecosystems actually wants any of this. Normal users do not want crypto. Until crypto realizes that crypto is not the story, it will continue to be wrong and if their wrong affects me and others like me, as it has, I will continue to shout about the stupid.

I guess? Coinbase hasn’t exactly produce anything interesting in crypto, feels pretty same same to me. Hooray, a centralized org that recapitulates the problems of banking but now with tech’s blessings exists 👐

We’re on morally different sides, I agree. I believe the utility in this tech is to escape the previous generation problems, coinbase tries to recreate them first so they can own them. We have different moral compasses.

this is the part i don't like. the double speak. they should own it: ya, we are funding meme teams, and ya, we really aren't creating a wallet for collectors or creators, more for people to just spend money. i hate the hopium webThree spreads that is fake. literally, only way a creator can get engagement is if: user remembers their name, or creator just drops mints relentlessly. both are antithetical to everyone's goal. i am talking more about industry as a whole, and using cb as an example. i get that they are a business, but shit is silly and they don't engage as honest brokers to talk about any of this w/ you. also, here is somethign random and stupid af -- there is no way to dismiss this nft. user is forcded to collect it. why? to pad coops growth numbers? to help some vc? it doesn't help me, i don't want that shit in my wallet.
